Annika is a Columbia native, born and raised right here in mid-Missouri. She joined the Brockman Team in April 2022 and wears multiple hats as a rental leasing coordinator, assistant, and buyer’s agent. Annika graduated from the University of Missouri in 2021 with a degree in Psychology (Go Tigers!!) and earned her Missouri Real Estate License in 2023. In addition to her real estate career, she helps flip properties around town through her business, 411 Solutions, which has completed four successful flips and continues to expand its rental portfolio.
Beyond her professional duties, Annika loves exploring Columbia’s beautiful trails with her golden retriever, Millie. She highly recommends Gans Creek and Three Creeks for nature enthusiasts. You might also find her enjoying a round of golf on a nice day or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. If you see her out at happy hour on a local patio, be sure to say hi!
Fun Fact: Annika has been a downhill snow skier since she was three years old! It is her absolute favorite winter activity.
